This isn't full HVAC installation or complex refrigerant work — it's the practical, frequently-needed service that a lot of homeowners currently have to call a separate company for.

A fall furnace tune-up catches small problems — a dirty flame sensor, a clogged filter, a failing igniter — before they turn into a no-heat call in January. Similarly, a spring AC check confirms refrigerant levels look right, the condenser coils are clean, and airflow is where it should be before the first heat wave of the summer arrives. Both visits are quick, affordable, and meaningfully reduce the odds of an emergency breakdown call later.

When something has already gone wrong, we start with straightforward troubleshooting: checking thermostat wiring and settings, inspecting filters and airflow, testing igniters and flame sensors, and confirming the system is getting power and fuel correctly. Many "the furnace is broken" calls turn out to be a simple fix — a tripped breaker, a clogged filter restricting airflow, a thermostat with dead batteries — that we can resolve on the same visit without an expensive part replacement.
