We'll walk your proposed layout before demo begins and flag anything that adds real cost or complexity, so there are no surprises halfway through.

For finish work, we install and properly vent tubs, walk-in showers, freestanding and wall-mounted vanities, in-wall tank toilets, and pressure-balanced or thermostatic shower valves — the kind of fixtures that need correct rough-in dimensions set weeks before they're installed. Getting the valve height, drain placement and supply stub-outs right the first time saves you from a tile crew redoing work later.

Whether it's a full gut renovation or swapping fixtures in an existing layout, we pull the required permits where applicable and make sure everything passes inspection the first time.
